Strength and balance classes

Do you or someone you know want to:

  • improve your balance and co-ordination?
  • increase your strength, mobility and flexibility?
  • improve your posture and stamina?

If so, why not come along to one of the following sessions.

  • Every Monday, 2pm to 3pm – Quakers Meeting Hall, Epping
  • Every Tuesday, 2.30pm to 3.30pm – Buckhurst Hill Baptist Church
  • (Starting 21 February 2019) Every Wednesday, 11am to 12pm – Oakwood Hill Senior Citizens Club, Loughton
  • Every Thursday, 11.30am to 12.30pm – Waltham Abbey Community Association
  • (Starting 15 February 2019), Every Thursday, 2pm to 3pm – Budworth Hall, Ongar

It costs £27 for 10 classes or £3 per session.
