Staff wellbeing workshop is hailed a success!
Allowing yourself to assess your own mental health and wellbeing might not be something we are prioritising right now – but it should be.
The signs of burnout might even be there without us realising and ignoring them could spell out major problems down the line.
Dr Sarah Goulding outlined the warning signs along with ways we can all address the issue before it is too late in her lunchtime seminar yesterday, Wellbeing during the Pandemic.
It is a talk she has successfully given a number of times with great success, drawing on her own experiences as a GP during the first wave of coronavirus and beyond.
Around 60 staff took time out of their busy schedules to attend, and get involved, with the free event.
The session, which took place on MS Teams, was recorded and is available to view below.
Noticing the signs, addressing the issue, getting help and simple ways to overcome burnout were all included in the talk.
If you attended, there is also still time to take give your valuable feedback via SurveyMonkey.
