Windows 10 migration resumes

Missed out on the upgrade? Book your slot to have the new software installed on your laptop…

AGEM has confirmed they will resume the Windows 10 migration project from Thursday 27 August to Friday 4 September.

If you were unable to have your laptop migrated before the start of lockdown, you can now book an appointment to have this done.

You will need to book a time slot to come in to the Board Room at Spencer Close to have Windows 10 installed on your laptop. Time slots are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Book your space by stating your preferred time slot in the spreadsheet and return to Bria Piper as soon as possible.

We expect the migration to take approximately an hour and a half to complete. You don’t need to hang around, just drop off your laptop and return to collect it once the migration is complete.

Please note: there will only ever be a maximum of three members of staff allocated the same slot at any one time.
