Also joining the team is Ajay Kashyap who has taken up the role of Organisation Development and Learning Manager within the ICS.

Based within the Herts Valleys team, Ajay has worked in a variety of similar roles for a number of NHS organisations as well as Watford and most recently At Peace Hospice Care.

He loves to spend time with his family outside of work, is very much into health and fitness and has two guinea pigs called Rosie and Fluffy.
