Volunteers needed to represent staff side on job evaluation panels

If you’re a member of a trade union, would you be interested in attending job evaluation training?

The CCG is looking for volunteers, who are trade union members to represent staff on the Job Matching Panel.

The matching panels usually consist of three members, one of which must represent staff and one represents management.

The job evaluation process is used for both new and existing roles where there has been a clear and significant change in duties.

Job evaluation panels are held once a month, depending on the demand for roles to be evaluated.

As a new member of the panel you will receive training. An external provider will deliver this and it will take place over two full days.

If you would like to attend or find out more, please email Katie Jenkins HR Junior Officer.
