Volunteers needed for Job Evaluation Panel

HR is looking for volunteers to sit on their Job Matching/Evaluation and Consistency Panels.

Matching/Evaluation and Consistency Checking Panels will operate to national guidance.

The matching panels usually consist of three members and two for checking panels. There are also two staff members on the matching panel, one of which is at management level.

HR use the job evaluation process for both new and existing roles where there has been a clear and significant change in duties.

Job evaluation panels will be held once a month, depending on the demand for roles to be evaluated.

As a new member of the panel you will receive training. An external provider will deliver this and it will take place over two full days.
