Three weeks until IT switchover to HBL ICT – reminder to book your appointment

As part of the transition to an Integrated Care Board (ICB), we will change our IT provider from Arden and GEM to HBL ICT. HBL ICT also provide IT services for both Herts Valleys CCG and East and North Herts CCG.

As part of the switchover, which will take place on Monday 28 March 2022, you will receive a new laptop. You still have time to book your appointment with an HBL ICT engineer to pick up your new laptop from Spencer Close, Epping.

It is important you book your appointment as soon as possible and stay with the engineer while they set this up for you. This should take about an hour. You will not be able to use your current (Dell) laptop from Monday 28 March 2022.

All current COVID guidelines, including those for Spencer Close, will be followed when we support you (whatever your current circumstances).
