The CCG and Stellar Healthcare are working with GP practices to look at the best way to encourage patients to attend their appointments. There is a particular focus on evening and weekend appointments.

A new marketing campaign aimed at 18-35 year olds has launched. Based on research, this group is the most likely to miss appointments.

The campaign focuses on positive messages. It praises those who attend appointments and encourages people to cancel appointments should they no longer need it.
