Supporting our people through change listening events
As part of our transition to become an Integrated Commissioning Board (ICB) from 1 April 2022, we are putting in place a programme of support for all staff. To help make sure that programme meets your needs, all staff are invited to share their views.
We are working with OKA People who are specialists in organisational development support to help us through this journey. They will run a number of virtual ‘listening events’ on our behalf to ensure we get the design of the programme right. The listening events will give everyone the opportunity to:
- appreciate the past
- identify the best of ‘what we have now’
- establish how we take the best with us into a new organisation.
Your participation at one of these events will be incredibly valuable and we hope everyone will make the time to get involved. All CCG and ICS staff across Hertfordshire and west Essex are welcome to attend.
The following dates and times are available. You only need to attend one session:
- Tuesday 9 November (10am to 12noon)
- Wednesday 10 November (2pm to 4pm)
- Friday 19 November (10am to 12noon)
- Monday 29 November (2pm to 4pm)
- Thursday 2 December (10am to 12noon)
- Thursday 9 December (10am to 12noon)
To reserve your place, please book onto one of the dates listed above via Eventbrite (due to technical issues with Internet Explorer, please copy and paste the Eventbrite link into Chrome or Edge to confirm your booking), or email the ODL team.
When you have successfully booked onto a session, please save this in your calendar. MS Teams links will then be shared with you via email in the days before each event – please update your diary invite with these details to ensure you can easily access the session when it takes place.
