Automated ESR notifications

Notification: Development review due – 1 month

This notification refers to your annual appraisal, which is due from 1 April through to June.

Notification: Your certification has expired

This notification refers to the end of the subscription to the named certification.

• If you are compliant with the training, please unsubscribe from that certification and remove enrolment from the course
• If you are not compliant with the training, you need to renew the subscription to the certification before playing the course
• If you are unsure, please login to the ESR portal > My Learning > Compliance and Competency to check your compliance and take necessary action

Playing the course – precautions for automatic updates

Make sure the tape under Competence Requirements has a green colour in it. This will ensure your record updates automatically.

• If the tape is plain red, the system will not automatically update
• To update the red tape, please go to the Certifications tab, find the certification you want, click on ‘Inactive’ and enrol on the course
• This will activate the certification and the play button will be clickable. The system will automatically update your compliance
