Staff survey reminder: take part and make a difference!

Just over 65 per cent of staff have taken part…

In the past 18 months, working life has changed immeasurably and we have all had to find new ways to get things done.

As we all continue to adjust – making sure all NHS colleagues are working in the best conditions they can and being properly looked after continues to be our top priority.

This is why taking part in the NHS Staff Survey is so important – and there are now three weeks left in which to help make a difference and have your say.

Just over 65 per cent of you have already done just that and the information will continue to help inform the changes and improvements needed.

A total of 81 per cent took part in last year’s survey and it would be great to top this in 2021.

Every opinion counts and you have until Friday 26 November to give yours.
