Local update – Ian Tompkins
- We are asking organisations such as police, fire, local authorities, to compile a list of public facing staff who may need the vaccination the most. This is so when the time comes for the vaccination to be rolled out more widely, these people are ready to get their jabs
- We are getting suggestions for vaccination centres, we will be collating and acknowledging suggestions and will be in touch if need be
- If anyone gets any suggestions from anyone for these, please forward this information to Jolene Truman
- PCN sites were offering second doses to patients but we have been asked to postpone any remaining second doses so we can vaccinate more people with their first dose. Currently relates to Buckhurst Way Clinic vaccination site which was due to give second doses this week.
- PAH update – (if needed)
- If you have received some suggestions for vaccination sites please email these to Jolene Truman who is collating them and responding.
- Mid-week mindfulness is on Wednesday 13 January at 12.30pm – To access the session login to Microsoft Teams and go to the ‘Staff Room’ channel by clicking on the Teams icon on the left-hand menu.
