Day Therapy and Outpatients: Groups and clinics closed between 24 and 28 December 2018 and 1 January 2019. Groups will be open on 31 December 2018, then re-open fully on 2 January 2019. See below for specific services:
• Community Physiotherapy: Closed 25 and 26 December 2018 and 1 January 2019
• Community Occupational Therapy: Closed 25 and 26 December 2018 and 1 January 2019
• Day Therapy: Groups and clinics closed between 24 and 28 December 2018. Members of the Day Therapy team will be in the office on the 24, 27, 28 and 31 December 2018.

Who does St Clare care for?
St Clare Hospice serve the whole of west Essex, from the Cambridgeshire border in the north, to the East London border in the south. There services are for all adults aged over 18 and are registered with a west Essex GP.
