Ring, ring, why don’t you give me a call?

We completed the final set up of the new phone system last weekend (16/17 November).  This means the new system is fully functional.

Some key features include:

• Remote working accessibility with the ability to divert to a mobile
• Voicemail including voicemail to email  (Voicemail password 6942)
• Direct dial numbers
• Call queuing system for reception

The voicemail to email function has to be set up manually.  IT support will come round and complete with all staff by the end of the first week in December.
