Review your team’s individual risk assessment

A reminder to all line managers…

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to ease, you may find your team’s circumstances have changed, especially with more people wanting to come back and work in the office at Spencer Close.

Therefore, it’s important you check your team’s individual risk assessment and working from home self-assessment forms are still relevant and up-to-date. This should be part of an ongoing wellbeing conversation you have with members of your team.

As an organisation, we have a duty of care to make sure you are able to work safely and any adjustments to your working environment are being made appropriately.

Once done, please email your completed risk assessment forms to Agnes Annan, our HR Business Partner, by Friday 16 July 2021 at the latest.
