Reminder to complete and submit all risk assessments to HR

This is a gentle reminder to all line managers…

Please make sure you complete risk assessments with all team members and submit to HR as soon as possible.

As an organisation, we need to make sure all staff have completed a risk assessment, to ensure they are able to work safely and adjustments are being made appropriately.

If you’re a line manager, please email all completed risk assessments to Kamaljit Kaur by midday on Friday 24 July.

Please send a copy of the below for each member of staff:

• The completed risk assessment
• The vulnerable persons risk assessment (if appropriate)
• Home working self-assessment
• Display screen equipment self-assessment

We know the risk assessments may contain some confidential information. We can assure you these details will not be shared outside of HR.

The information will by collated by Kam and a member of the HR team. All risk assessments will be kept confidentially in each staff member’s personal HR file.
