Personalisation week coming soon

Learn and explore what personalisation means for the way we work…

From Monday 13 to Friday 17 January 2020, it’s Personalisation Week at West Essex CCG.

During the week, we’ll be:

• asking ‘what does personalisation mean to me?’
• promoting the work being carried out to make NHS support even more personalised for the people we serve
• learning how personalisation can save time and use resources more efficiently.

Come and find out more at three interactive shared learning sessions. They will focus on the NHS personalised care operating model.

• Tuesday 14 January – 10am to 11am and 12noon to 1pm
• Wednesday 15 January – 11am to 12noon.
