NHS Staff Survey – we’re halfway there!

More than 52 per cent of staff have already completed the annual NHS staff survey which seeks to make working conditions as good as they possibly can be.

Taking part makes a difference and with your views and opinions change can, and does, happen.

In previous years we have introduced new initiatives and ways of working as a direct result of responses to the survey.

And as we reach the mid-way point of the period of time you are able to take part in the survey, we have also just notched up a similar milestone. To quote Jon Bon Jovi, “We’re halfway there!” with just over half of staff members having completed it so far.

The survey is completely confidential and once completed, the information will be used to make a difference to all those working within the NHS.

You have until Friday 26 November to take part. It only takes 15 minutes, so don’t delay… have your say today!
