NHS staff survey – have you had your say?

There is still plenty of time to get involved with this year’s staff survey, which gives you the opportunity to have your say about working here at the CCG.

While your feedback is invaluable every year, the challenges and changes which have been enforced this year make hearing your views even more important.

The survey, which is open until Friday 26 November 2021, allows us to gauge how you’re feeling about your work and the environment you work in.

The results of last year’s survey revealed 80 per cent of you felt there were opportunities for flexible working patterns. And 35 per cent reported feeling unwell due to work related stress.

How do you feel about this now?

And have your views on whether you feel your role makes a difference to patients/service users changed at all since 2020 when 78 per cent of those filling out the survey felt it did.
