NHS staff survey – have you had your say?

Take part in this year’s survey and tell us your views…

There is still plenty of time to get involved with this year’s staff survey, which gives you the opportunity to have your say about working here at the CCG.

While the response is important every year, the challenges and changes which have been enforced this year make hearing your views even more important.

The survey, which is open until Friday 27 November 2020, allows us to gauge how you’re feeling about your work and the environment you work in.

The results of last year’s survey revealed 55 per cent of you felt there were opportunities for flexible working patterns. Only 28 per cent reported feeling pressure from their manager to work when they were not feeling well enough.

How do you feel about this now?

And have your views on how much senior managers involve you in important decisions changed at all since 2019 when 42 per cent of those filling out the survey felt they did.

These are just some of the areas the survey asks for your views on.
