NHS staff survey has launched

With these continuing to be challenging times for all, having your say on important matters is more vital than ever.

This is why the annual NHS Staff Survey, which you should now have received in your email inboxes, is your chance to tell us what you think.

The confidential survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what is working well, and what needs to be improved upon.

You will not be identified in the process and anything you contribute is done so anonymously.

Your feedback is invaluable because it allows us to make the changes needed. Previous surveys have led to us bringing in new ways of thinking and working including putting greater focus on health and wellbeing.

We hope to improve on the already excellent response rate which last year was 81 per cent and among the best in the region.

You have until Friday 26 November to complete the form.
