NHS staff survey – don’t forget to tell us what you think

The staff survey is once again an opportunity to have your say about working here at the CCG.

There is just over a month left to respond to the survey, the closing date is Friday 27 November 2020,which was completed by 85 percent of staff in 2019 and covers a wide range of issues.

How do you feel about the attitude of your managers when you are poorly, for instance?

In last year’s survey, 28 percent of you felt there was a certain amount of pressure for you to work when you did not feel well enough – an increase from 15 percent in 2018.

And do you still feel supported to receive the training you need? Last year 73 percent of you completing the survey felt you did.

Did you know you have access to a number of tools which could help you improve your working environment and career including the MindTools online resource, mental health first aiders and the Employee Assistance Programme.
