NHS People Pulse survey – let us know your views

Take part in the online survey and let us know how you’re feeling about your working experience during COVID-19…

As mentioned by Kam at yesterday’s staff briefing, we’ve signed up to take part in the national online NHS People Pulse survey.

Listening and responding to your concerns is as important as ever and your health and wellbeing remains a top priority for us. As we enter the next phase of our response to coronavirus, we want to continue to provide the support our staff deserve and need.

The NHS People Pulse gives you the opportunity to share how you are feeling about your work in relation to the current coronavirus crisis. The survey questions will explore how you are responding to the pressures COVID-19 may have put on you at work or at home. How supported, motivated or anxious do you feel?

Please spare just five minutes to let us know how you are experiencing work during these very challenging times.

Take the NHS People Pulse survey today!

Your feedback will:

  • help improve the support we provide during the COVID-19 response and recovery
  • help shape the long term health and wellbeing support we offer all staff
  • inform local and national changes that improve the experiences of our people and patients.

The survey is voluntary and open now until 31 January 2021. You will get the chance to share your views more than once during this time, as your circumstances may change. Watch this space for further opportunities to get involved.

Karian and Box, an independent research agency, is managing the survey. Your feedback is confidential and all responses will be anonymous.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with Kam Kaur our HR Business Partner.
