The coronavirus outbreak has touched all of us in many ways in recent weeks.

Much of the focus has been on hospitals and care homes, but our nurses in the community are also at the forefront of helping people during the pandemic.

St Clare Hospice’s ‘Hospice at Home service’, funded by the CCG, delivers hands on care to people, in their home, who are at the end of their life.
