New version of MindTools available

An online resource aimed at helping you get where you want in your career is now available for Hertfordshire and West Essex CCGs in an updated form.

MindTools has more than 2,000 resources covering management, leadership and person effectiveness skills. All available within a couple of clicks!

All you have to do to activate your new personal account is follow these three simple steps:

1. Go to the MindTools V2.0 login screen (applicable for Hertfordshire and West Essex CCGs)
2. Your username is your NHS email address and your password is changeme (please type in the password rather than copy and pasting, as it might not work). It will prompt you to change your password, which must contain at least 8 characters: one uppercase; a special character; and no spaces
3. Once you are in bookmark this page
