New telephone system for West Essex CCG
Book on to a training session to learn how to use the new telephone system.
The CCG has purchased a new telephone system with a company called APR telecoms.
We are offering training sessions to everyone. If you provide cover for reception you will receive training on the new set up at reception as well.
All sessions will run for no longer than an hour. They will be useful in showing you all the benefits and functionality of the new system.
Booking a training session
If you would like to attend a session, contact Gay Alford with your first and second choice of dates by no later than Thursday 21 March. Each session will take up to 10 people.
All training will take place in the Building 4 meeting room and dates and times are as follows:
