New telephone system coming soon

Our new telephone system is being installed next week. In preparation for this, IT need to carry out essential work over this weekend.

This could mean limited access to the network from 6pm today (Friday) until Saturday afternoon. During this time there will be periods of outage while the equipment is set up. Please ensure during this time you save your work on a regular basis.

The new handsets will be available from Monday 25 March. The new system should go live at the end of Wednesday 27 March.

Training sessions

There are training sessions taking place on:

• Monday 25 March
• Tuesday 26 March
• Wednesday 3 April
