New payroll provider changes

From Friday 1 October 2021, our payroll provider is changing from our current provider Shared Business Services (SBS), to East and North Herts Trust (ENHTr). With this change, there are new forms that will be required to be completed for any changes relating to employment, including:

  • changes to fixed terms contracts
  • change of line management
  • changes to pay
  • acting up arrangements and secondments.

Also included within this, is a revised leavers form for those staff who are due to leave the organisation, these must be completed within a reasonable amount of time prior to a staff member leaving the avoid any overpayments. The forms attached and available on AskHUE will replace all the current ‘P forms’ which are currently in circulation. We will continue to accept these forms in the interim to support with the transition to the new provider.

Please note forms for new starters will now be completed by the recruitment team. If you have expenses to complete, please wait until the new online system is up and running. This will still be included in next month’s payroll. More information about how to claim expenses via the new online system will be available shortly.
