New number to report urgent building issues

The number you need to call to report urgent or out-of-hours facilities management issues impacting the offices is changing.

From midnight on Monday 30 September 2019, it will be 0808 196 2045

This number is free and available all day, every day of the year.

Urgent issues include a lift not working, major leak, trip, and electrical hazards, no heating or water, and building access.

For all non-urgent issues such as a light not working, faulty door handles and minor fabric works, continue to use the online form.
