New IT equipment form for starters and leavers
There’s a new IT equipment form for starters and leavers available on our intranet.
If you’re a line manager, you must complete this form to request IT equipment (laptop, mobile etc.) for new starters.
You should also complete this form if somebody in your team is leaving the organisation. You need to log any IT equipment due to be returned.
