MS Teams corporate background available to download

Add the Spencer Close background to Teams…

Following a number of requests from staff, you can now download a new corporate background for use on MS Teams.

You can add the Spencer Close building image below to your Teams background by following these steps:

Before your video call

• Click on the image below, so it fills your screen
• Right click on the (large) image and select Save image as…
• Save the image on the shared drive or your Desktop

During your video call

Note: you can only customise your background settings when you are on a call.

• Join your scheduled Teams meeting
• On your meeting toolbar, click on the three dots (More actions)

• Select Apply background effects
• Select Add new
• Choose your custom image from your saved location and click open
• Scroll down to the end of the list of images to find your uploaded image
• Click on the image
• Select Preview or Apply
