Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s Society

On Sunday 29 September, Marion Jones from the Primary Care team and her nine-year-old daughter Jess will take part in Memory Walk 2019.

Marion and Jess will walk 6k through the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Marion said: “It was my daughter’s idea to participate following the death of our grandad at the end of last year. We are walking in his memory hoping to raise lots of money for the Alzheimer’s Society with the aim of one day having a world without dementia.”
