Make your voice heard in this year’s staff survey

Your views matter, so tell us what you think…

With just two weeks to go, you’ve not got long to respond to this year’s survey to let us know your views.

From equality, diversity and inclusion to staff morale, we want to hear your experience of what it’s like working here at the CCG.

Lots of you have already responded to the survey, 60 per cent in fact. Thanks to those of you who have taken the time out of your busy day to complete it so far.

The results of last year’s survey revealed 32 per cent of you felt the CCG took positive action on health and wellbeing – an increase from 26 per cent in 2018.

Only 60 per cent of you confirmed that communication between senior management and staff is effective.

How do you feel about these areas now?

And have your views on flexible working patterns changed at all since 2019 when 55 per cent of you felt there were opportunities.

These are just some of the areas the survey asks for your views on.

Remember, we can’t change or make improvements if you don’t tell us. Your feedback is really important, especially at such a challenging time, where you’ve had to adapt how you do things at work and at home.

The survey, which is open until Friday 27 November 2020, allows us to gauge how you’re feeling about your work and the environment you work in.

This is your opportunity to tell us how you feel. Your feedback will help us:

  • understand the impact of the pandemic on staff
  • identify any areas which need improvement
  • improve working conditions for staff
  • improve patient care.
