Local bereavement support survey

Help shape the future of local bereavement support…

The End of Life Steering Group for the Hertfordshire and West Essex Sustainability Transformation Partnership (STP) is keen to understand the current provision of bereavement services available to local communities across Hertfordshire and west Essex.  They want to identify where there are gaps in service.

St Clare Hospice has created a survey to help collect this information from local health and social care professionals, and those working in the voluntary sector, throughout the area.

We’d be grateful if you could pass this on to any relevant organisations you work with, or meet and ask them to answer a few simple questions about any bereavement services they currently offer; are shortly planning to offer; or know of in the area.
