Join our mid-week mindfulness sessions

We are more aware of the importance of our health and wellbeing since the start of the pandemic. All of us have learnt, and are still learning, to live and work in new ways.

Even during the ‘best’ of times, being mindful at work and home can be challenging. Time never feels like it’s quite on our side. But there is time, and we can choose to use this time to care for ourselves and those who we work with. Yes it may not be the same as it would be in person, but it’s still worth doing.

That’s why we’re running mid-week mindfulness sessions. The first one is taking place on Wednesday 9 December at 12.30pm via the Staff Room channel on MS Teams.

The more mindful we are, the happier we can be. There’s no pressure to commit to coming all the time, nor do you need to have your camera/mic on if that makes you feel more comfortable. These sessions are about taking time to recharge and practice mindfulness together. Encouraging one another to be kind to our minds and take the time to reset.
