It’s the final countdown

You’ve got just over one week to have your say in this year’s staff survey…

There’s only eight days to go until the staff survey closes next Friday (27 November).

Lots of you have already completed it, so thank you!

If you’re yet to complete yours, you should be receiving regular reminder emails from Picker. They will show up in your inbox as from ‘NHS Staff Survey 2020’.

Your views are really important, so do set aside 10-15 minutes to tell us about your experience of working here at the CCG.

The survey is easy to complete and gives you the chance to say how you feel about:

• your job
• your managers
• your health, wellbeing and safety at work
• the CCG
• any parental/caring responsibilities
• bullying, harassment and abuse.

You also have the opportunity to provide comments on:

• your experience of working through the COVID-19 pandemic, including what lessons should be learned from this time
• what worked well during COVID-19 and should continue.
