It’s Cervical Cancer Screening Week

The cancer team have been working on a project to improve cervical screening.  Part of their project involves calling non-responders directly, that’s women who despite receiving their final reminder have failed to book their screening.

During these calls, the team were surprised to discover that there’s a knowledge gap, with a large proportion of our younger cohorts unaware of what cervical screening is.

To address this issue and help educate our community, we have created literature that provides clear and simple guidance on screening and its importance.
