IT upgrade work: Monday 22 June 2020

On Monday (22 June), we will be upgrading our internet connection to HSCN.

This will take place between 12noon and 2pm, but it’s not expected to take the full two hours.

During this time you will be unable to:

• use your VPN connection
• access your shared P and T drives.

To give the IT staff space to operate safely, please remain working from home unless absolutely necessary.

If you are working remotely, this will not affect access to NHSmail and Teams. Anyone working at Spencer Close will lose access to all internet services during this time.

You will receive an email once the upgrade has been completed.
