IT switchover to HBL ICT
No access to shared data on Thursday 24 March 2022 from 5pm onwards…
From Thursday 24 March at 5pm you will not have access to shared data from your Arden and GEM (AGEM) laptops.
You can continue to use email, Microsoft Teams and clinical systems, as usual.
Important!
- If you are working on Friday 25 March and over the weekend you will need to email yourself copies of any files required from shared drives to work on. You can replace those updated files in the relevant shared folders when you can again access to the shared drives on Monday 28 March.
- Shared data will become accessible from your new HBL ICT laptop on Monday 28 March when the service is restored.
- If for any reason you do not appear to have access to specific shared data from your new laptop on Monday 28 March, please email the HBL ICT migration team so this can be rectified.
