Alternatively, you could listen to an audio guide on beating unhelpful thinking. In this podcast, Dr Chris Williams helps you to replace negative thoughts with more positive thinking.

This podcast is just one of a series for Moodzone on the NHS website. Other audio guides are available to help you if you’re feeling low and need to boost your mood.
