ICS launch new online hub to support staff health and wellbeing

The Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) has launched a new online resource hub to support your health and wellbeing.

You can access the Staff Hub via the Hertfordshire and West Essex Health and Care Academy website. This new hub is available to staff regardless of which organisation you work for within the Herts and West Essex ICS.

Here you will find a wide variety of resources to help and support you during the pandemic and beyond. Information is split into four different areas to help you find what you’re looking for:

• Psychological support
  Access to cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling and wellbeing apps
• Physical support
  Exercise ideas, gym discounts, cycle to work schemes and physiotherapy
• Practical support
  Information about managing finances, debt advice, offers and discounts
• Professional support
  E-learning, support for managers and prioritising team health and wellbeing
