HRXtra is now live
A new service to support line managers has launched today.
West Essex CCG is trialling an HR service called HRXtra. It has been specifically created for NHS line managers.
For those that have a login you now have access to a range of information, advice and guidance to support you in your day- to-day work. The service is being rolled out to all line managers in April 2019.
Adviceline
The advice line is available 8am to 6pm on weekdays by calling 0800 011 9132.
You can call and speak to a team of HR experts. They will support you every step of the way, no matter what your query.
You can use them for detailed guidance and support or as a sounding board… the choice is yours.
Knowledge Portal
Line managers can access the portal via the HR, learning and development page on AskHUE. Your username is your employee number. You will need to set a password using the ‘forgotten your password’ link the first time you login.
The Knowledge Portal contains step-by-step guidance on managing staff and includes links to:
- Policies
- Letter templates
- Plain English guidance documents
- Checklists
There is also an option on the portal to submit a question online.
Case Viewer
Case Viewer is a secure place online where you can store your case notes.
Following each call, the adviser will send a summary of your conversation to Case Viewer.
You can also upload copies of all documents relating to the case so you have it held in a central place for future reference.
