HR support for line managers

Help is on hand for line managers looking for guidance surrounding employment issues.

HRXtra has a portal, dedicated phone line and even offers one to one sessions on a range of topics from absence to performance.

Despite being aimed at line managers, other staff are able to access the useful service which has a number of aspects to it:

• Visit the knowledge portal for HRXtra which has information on a range of employee related topics
• Call its dedicated advice line, and speak to an advisor on 08000 119 132, open 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday
• Book a half hour one-to-one session on MS Teams. Sessions run 11am to 12noon and 2pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Email the HRXtra team
