Your opportunity to take part in an ICS staff wellbeing consultation coming soon…

The unpredictability of the past months has changed lives in unexpected ways, particularly for those working in acute, healthcare and frontline settings.

We want to support those most impacted and ensure you get the right help, when you most need it.

Working together, Hertfordshire Public Health, Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS and Suffolk and North East Essex ICS, have developed a holistic approach to identifying health, behavioural and lifestyle challenges.

This will be conducted through a consultation process to establish your needs and develop a platform to help address these.

In June you’ll receive a short staff consultation form. Please take a couple of minutes to complete and return this form.

Your feedback is invaluable in developing the right intervention to meet your needs. The findings will support your overall health and wellbeing.

So, look out for the consultation form in June. Or, if you prefer to be interviewed, there’s an opportunity to select this option.
