Goodbye NO junk in June, hello Joyful July!

Junk Food June, this month’s theme for our 12 months of healthiness campaign, ends this week.

While our focus turns to a new theme next week, it doesn’t mean we have to stop eating healthily. Making small changes every day is easier than you think!

Here’s a reminder of what we’ve looked at this month:

  • Eat more veg this June! – discover ways to include an extra portion of fruit and veg into your diet to get your 5 A Day
  • We’ve helped raise awareness of the following national awareness weeks:
    • Diabetes Week – this year’s theme was about seeing diabetes differently. Find out five things about diabetes everyone should know

    • Men’s Health Week – find out the secret to living longer
  • Join in with NO junk in June – discover sugar swap ideas and healthy eating tips
