Free exercise classes to help you stay fit and healthy

Given the current circumstances, it undoubtedly seems harder to fit exercise and movement into your day, but staying active, eating nutritious foods, sleeping well, and managing stress is very important for all of our mental health and wellbeing.

To help support you, Active Essex is offering a range of free workouts as part of their Keep Essex Active initiative. Workouts include:

  • Seated cardio
  • Karate
  • Yoga
  • Aerobics
  • Body combat.

Plus many more. All the workouts are suitable for different fitness levels. There really is something for everyone!

Keep Essex Active aims to keep the residents of Essex healthy and moving, despite the barriers they may face due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These sessions are delivered by Essex trained instructors and supported by Essex County Council.

This June, Keep Active Essex is teaming up with 3030 Essex to bring you even more activities! From Monday 1 June, you will see even more activities on their timetable, as well as daily challenges.
