First Staff Partnership Group held

Last week we held our first Staff Partnership Group.

The group was set up to address some of the issues that came out of the staff survey results. It is also a chance for staff to get involved and have their say to help improve the CCG as a place to work.

There were some really good conversations on a range of subjects, such as:

• Staff survey results – which focused on our areas for improvement
• Health and wellbeing – which looked at flexible working and our working environment
• Staff awards – where the group came up with ideas and suggestions for recognising employee’s achievements

We will be setting up a Staff Partnership Group page on our intranet AskHUE. Information coming soon will include:

• Group membership
• Notes and items discussed
• Dates of future meetings
