Find that much needed work-life balance
When life gets super busy, you can end up focusing all your energy on one particular thing. It becomes all too easy to find yourself off balance, not paying enough attention to other important areas of your life or anyone around you in general.
We know that when you’re working from home, you might feel the need to always be online. However, it’s really important to carve out some time for yourself. That’s when it may be time to take a look at your life from a “helicopter view”, so you can bring things back into balance.
“Finding balance” in our lives is so important, but it can feel so hard sometimes. Being balanced does not mean being calm, relaxed, and content all of the time. Balance often occurs only for a moment, but it can reappear over and over again. Rather than trying to stay balanced, think of yourself as practicing balancing, over and over again.
The Wheel of Life shows how to bring balance to your life and create happiness and success. It is intended to identify how we spend our time and how satisfied we are about the different parts, and areas that life has to offer. This creates a type of self-reflection that allows you to get even more out of life.
Discover new ways to find this balance using the Wheel of life, the happiness model and more ways to build rapport with colleagues.
