For Nourishing November this week, we’re looking at ‘Every Mind Matters’, a new online resource empowering people to look after their mental health.

Every Mind Matters is here to help you manage and maintain your mental health, as good mental health makes such a difference. It helps us to relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more.

This online resource is here to help you be better prepared for life’s ups and downs. It will provide you with expert advice, practical tips and information about helplines and charities if you need more support.

There are many things you can do to look after your mental health and wellbeing.

To get you started, answer five quiz questions to create your own mind plan and find your way to better mental health. You will get a free online plan, full of top tips and advice, designed to help you:

  • deal with stress and anxiety
  • boost your mood
  • improve your sleep
  • feel more in control.

The Every Mind Matters website is endorsed by the Royal College of GPs. It has been developed with clinical and academic experts, national mental health charities and people with experience of poor mental health.
