Essex County Council wants to hear from you

Coronavirus has brought about a lot of changes for the NHS and local authorities too.

For example, the introduction of video and online consultations is just one of the many ways we have responded to the Coronavirus pandemic, ensuring that services remain open and available to people when they need them. Whilst online and video consultations are welcomed by many, we know that for some people, it has been more difficult.

Essex County Council (ECC) and its partners want to understand what people’s experiences have been like over the last few months. The responses you share will help us understand what is important to you and to inform work we do across Adult Social Care (ASC) in future.

The survey is aimed at:

  • People aged 18 and over who receive a service from social care including the Young People with Disabilities Team
  • Self-funders
  • People who accessed the Essex Wellbeing Service and,
  • Informal and family carers.

Your views are important to us and by completing this survey your responses will help us to make better decisions. The online survey can be completed until 18 October 2020.

If you need this survey in a different format or would like more information about the purpose of this research or what it involves, please email Essex ASC or call 0800 995 6031 Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm or text 07591 154333.
